It's a crush
Julia and Constantin first meet in March 2020 in Berlin during the tourism trade fair ITB. Although the fair is canceled at the last minute, they still cross paths on the stairs at a networking event.
At this time, Julia lives in Paris, working for Evaneos, a travel platform. Constantin divides his time between Hawaii and Switzerland, selling trips to Cape Verde for Soultours. After charmingly managing to get Julia’s phone number, she tells him about her upcoming travel plans to Indonesia. Constantin then plans a first date in a warm, relaxing Balinese retreat in Berlin, where they get closer.
Love
They meet again in the summer of 2020 and the following winter. The beautiful Magglingen above Lake Biel and the snowy, lively Arosa in the Swiss Alps become the backdrop for the start of their love story. They realize that swimming, racing down slopes, eating, laughing, and talking together brings them great joy—they’re a perfect match.
Whenever possible, Julia and Constantin reunite. In September 2021, they embark on a grand journey in a white Ferrari Fiesta from Wuppertal. With stops in Ticino to visit Uncle Kalli and wild friend Bachi, along with many great travel tips, they drive all the way to Lecce, where they fall in love with each other and the region of Apulia.
Many more adventures follow, in summer and winter, and they come to know and love each other more deeply.
Engagement
A very special vacation awaits in summer 2024. Together with friends, Julia and Constantin sail around the Greek islands. On one of them, Constantin goes down on one knee and asks for Julia’s hand. She joyfully says yes, and the newly engaged couple sets sail for the journey of their lives.
